KOTA BARU: The Government has lifted the exemption given to National Higher Education Loan Fund (PTPTN) borrowers who obtain first class degrees from having to pay back their loans.
This means all PTPTN borrowers must pay back their loans according to the schedule, said Deputy Higher Education Minister Datuk Fu Ah Kiow.
