SANDAKAN: The Philippine and Indonesian embassies in Kuala Lumpur should quickly issue travel documents to their citizens being held at temporary immigration depots for quick repatriation, the Human Rights Commission said.
Commissioner Datuk Hamdan Adnan said delays in issuing such documents had led to the prolonged detention of their citizens.
