MALACCA: Prisoners interested in the construction field can now undergo training by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) to become skilled workers while serving jail terms.
The training would not only help them get jobs after their release but also increase the number of skilled construction workers and reduce foreign workers in the country.
