KUALA LUMPUR: The prosecution has failed to prove that murder accused Koh Kim Teck had instructed his two bodyguards to throw his nephew Xu Jian Huang into the swimming pool last year, the defence submitted yesterday.
Defence counsel V. Sithambaram argued that the prosecution did not show any direct or circumstantial evidence that businessman Koh, 51, was even present at the crime scene.
