IPOH: The “123 formula” to elect the party’s top two leaders indicates that there are three persons vying for two positions, said Gerakan president Datuk Seri Dr Lim Keng Yaik.
Dr Lim said the grassroots, through the state committees, would indicate the two persons they wanted to take up the number one and two spots using the interchangeable numbers formula.
