KUALA LUMPUR: The ongoing murder trial connected to the death of Chinese teenager Xu Jian Huang centred on his condition when he was brought to the hospital.
Defence counsel Gobind Singh Deo contended that the 14-year-old boy, who was found at the bottom of a swimming pool at a house in the Jalan Ampang neighbourhood last year, was still alive when he was brought to the hospital.
