Doc: Boy had been bound

KUALA LUMPUR: A doctor who examined the body of Chinese teenager Xu Jian Huang, who was brought in with his left ankle bound tightly with a rope, also found marks that showed that he was tied at both wrists and at the other ankle. 

Dr B. Rajasingam, 44, of the Gleneagles Intan Medical Centre, said he conducted an external examination of the body at the emergency room of the hospital in the early hours of Sept 27 last year.
