KUALA LUMPUR: Actress-model Nasha Aziz's father withdrew his application for substituted service of a defamation suit which he had brought against her over a newspaper article implying that he is not her natural father.
The substituted service was to enable Abdul Aziz Mohamed Ali to serve litigation papers by way of newspapers, advertisements or other means to draw her attention to the action because personal service could not be effected.
