TAMIL Nesan said MIC branches have been urged to start service centres jointly to offer effective community services.
Speaking at the opening of the service centre in Klangs Taman Gembira branch, MIC secretary general Datuk S. Sothinathan said three or four branches should jointly set up centres that could resolve minor problems at branch level to enable national leaders to concentrate on major issues.
