PENANG: The High Court here will decide today on the application for leave by three Bukit Mertajam MCA division members for an order of mandamus directing the Registrar of Societies (ROS) to check into allegations of “phantom members” in the division.
Judge Su Geok Yiam fixed the date after hearing submissions from the counsel yesterday.
