Duo charged over lawyer’s murder

KUCHING: Two men, accused of being “information providers” in the murder of lawyer Fabian Lim Ann Hoaw on Feb 18, were charged in the magistrate’s court here yesterday.  

Sim Eng Huat, 35, from Bintulu, and Ling Chou Hee, 27, from Sibu, have been accused of having intention to facilitate the murder of Lim by observing the deceased and giving information on his identity and whereabouts to the person who caused his death.
