KANGAR: The changes to the Penal Code and Criminal Procedure Code will be people-oriented and not be only based on what the Government or its leaders want.
They would be tailored to meet the people’s expectations on law enforcement and punishment that fit the crime, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Mohd Radzi Sheikh Ahmad said.
