KUALA LUMPUR: A steel factory worker, who killed his friend over an apparent insult while he was drunk, was sentenced to eight years' jail.
P. Ganisan, 30, was found guilty of causing the death of Chandra Segar, 30, behind the victim's house at the Sri Johor flats in Cheras at 1.45am on July 18, 2002.
