KAMPAR: Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) will establish its Institute of Postgraduate Studies and Research next year.
Its council chairman Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik said Utar would offer post-graduate degree programmes such as the Masters degree in Business Administration and Masters degree in Science.
