GELANG PATAH: Johor Gerakan chief Teo Kok Chee, who fought off a gunman on Thursday, lost in his bid for the Gelang Patah division chief's post to incumbent Gelang Patah division deputy chairman Ou Kwee Hua.
Teo, who is also Skudai assemblyman, received 46 votes while Ou garnered 50 votes. There were three spoilt votes.
