PENANG: In true muhibbah spirit, six marine policemen from various races gave a thundering performance on Chinese drums during the closing ceremony of the national Royal Malaysian Police Dragon Boat and Kayak Championships 2004 at the Teluk Bahang Dam.

Clad in traditional costume, the two Malays, a Chinese, an Indian, a Sikh and a Malaysian of Thai descent drummed in unison for several minutes while the guest-of-honour, Bukit Aman management director Comm Datuk Kamarudin Md Ali, was introduced to the team leaders of the eight contingents.
