PETALING JAYA: Private institutions of higher learning can now only offer new franchised courses with foreign partner universities that are of a certain academic standing.
In the case of British universities, only those ranked in the top 60 of the league tables compiled by the Times Good University Guide, Financial Times or The Daily Telegraph would be deemed suitable partners.
