PETALING JAYA: Qaisy & Laila, the first local movie to be set against the backdrop of a war-torn Afghanistan, has been hit with a major snag as the Pakistan Information Ministry has yet to grant permission to producers Habsah Hassan and Ruhani Rahman to do filming in the country.
