KOTA KINABALU: The murder trial of Datuk Norjan Khan Bahadar, the Sabah Assistant Minister for Rural Development, took a new twist when the 27-year-old accused claimed his cautioned statement was untrue.
Azman Bakar alias Samsudin Mustamin, an Indonesian of Bugis origin, asked that the court allow him to record another statement when produced before magistrate Harmi Thamri Mohamad yesterday.
