SOME 271,000 foreign nationals from China and India who had misused their social visit passes and had overstayed could not be traced for the past year, Utusan Malaysia reported yesterday.
Immigration director-general Datuk Mohd Jamal Kamdi said they accounted for 34% of the 800,000 Chinese and Indians entering Malaysia during that period.
