JOHOR BARU: The second suspect in the rape and murder of 10-year-old Nurul Huda Abdul Ghani was released unconditionally yesterday by a magistrate’s court here.
However, the freedom of the 27-year-old suspected rapist and murderer was short-lived as he was re-arrested under the Emergency Ordinance outside the courthouse.
