KUALA TERENGGANU: Former Terengganu PAS deputy commissioner Latif Mohamad, 63, has claimed that the party would never implement hudud law in Terengganu.
“PAS does not have the experience or expertise to implement the law which was gazetted in October 2002,” he said.
