Judgment reserved on extradition case appeal

KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal Court has reserved its judgment on whether the Court of Appeal was correct in deciding to dismiss the Public Prosecutor’s appeal against a High Court decision to free an Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi. 

The three-man bench headed by Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak Steve Shim and Federal Court judges Justices Abdul Malek Ahmad and Mohd Noor Ahmad said a judgment would be given on a date to be fixed.
