KUALA LUMPUR: Police will only implement the contra-flow system on the North-South Expressway as and when needed to improve traffic flow during the Hari Raya festival.
Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Mohd Bakri Omar said that whether the system would be used to ease traffic congestion would depend on the situation.
