TRUE to the name of the foundation Yayasan Budi Penyayang of which she is chief executive officer, Leela Mohd Ali is a penyayang (caring person) to her best friend Datin Paduka Seri Endon Mahmood.
The two, who have been friends since 1969, are confidants, companions as well as working partners in the foundation set up by Endon in 2000 for her charity work.
