A BACKBENCHER has pointed out to the House that the definition of terrorism is not included in the proposed amendments to the Penal Code to curb terrorist acts.
Datuk Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar (BN - Batang Lupar) said the proposed amendments merely touched on offences committed by individuals that could be regarded as terrorist acts.
