THE Entrepreneur Development Ministry has tightened the conditions for obtaining class F contractors' licences in order to improve their image.
Its Minister, Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Aziz ,said he asked for the conditions to be tightened to include measures to ensure that the contractor had sufficient capital to operate.
