JOHOR BARU: A resident of Taman Selatan is suing the developer of the nearby Taman Kulai Utama and the Kulai District Council for allegedly not building proper drainage and irrigation systems.
In his statement of claim dated Feb 4, Low Chin Choy, 62, claimed it was compulsory for Kong Sun Enterprise Sdn Bhd, the developer of Taman Kulai Utama, to build safe and proper drainage and irrigation systems.
