Restaurant helper dies after attack

PETALING JAYA: A 32-year-old Myanmar who was attacked in his sleep died at Universiti Malaya Medical Centre from head injuries yesterday. 

The victim, restaurant helper Kyaw Moe, was attacked in his room in Kampung Kandan, Puchong, at about 8.20pm by two unidentified men. Neighbours heard a commotion and contacted Moe's employer, who found him in a pool of blood upon reaching Moe's house. The employer took him to the hospital, where Moe was pronounced dead on arrival.
