TAIPING: Tensions momentarily ran high when the new RM10mil Plaza Perbandaran, a new multilevel hawker complex in Jalan Chung Thye Phin here, opened its doors yesterday.
Problems began when traders allotted the open lots on the ground floor of the complex, which is owned by the Taiping Municipal Council, complained that the lots were too small for them to display their merchandise.
