KUALA LUMPUR: The National Archives will welcome suggestions from the people as to how the house that Tunku Abdul Rahman grew up in can be developed as a memorial on the younger days of the nation’s first Prime Minister.

“We would welcome suggestions from the people especially relatives, friends and others who have knowledge of those times,” National Archives director-general Rahani Jamil said yesterday at the Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Memorial in Jalan Dato’ Onn here during a birthday celebration for those born on Independence Day.
