KUALA LUMPUR: A policeman convicted of raping two foreign women at a police lock-up had his applications for a stay of execution and bail pending appeal rejected by the Sessions Court yesterday.
Sessions Judge Mohamed Saman Mohd Ramli said he agreed with the prosecution that Konstabel Razali Pilen, 26, who has been suspended, failed to produce special reasons to have the court grant his applications.
