PETALING JAYA: Farmers in Cameron Highlands need to be trained on more suitable ways to carry out agriculture activities or they will continue to damage their surroundings.
The Society for Regional Environmental Awareness of Cameron Highlands (REACH) vice-president Embi Abdullah said most of them were inexperienced in highland farming and used heavy machinery to flatten the land for their crop growing.
