PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian National Artistes Association (Karyawan) has come to the defence of dangdut singer Ayu Mayuni, who was recently photographed dancing with Entrepreneur Development Minister Datuk Seri Nazri Abdul Aziz at a charity event.
The picture was published in the latest issue of the PAS newsletter, Harakah. In the same edition, the paper featured another photograph of Nazri, wearing a skullcap and discussing with PAS the issue of private community religious schools.
