KUCHING: Sape music, which originated from Sarawak’s Orang Ulu community, is being performed for the first time in North America and Hawaii, where a group of leading musicians and artisans from the state are on tour.
The group is now touring seven US and three Canadian cities to give a special cultural performance featuring the string instrument.
