KOTA KINABALU: Civil servants should close ranks and focus their attention on implementing Government policies in overcoming the impact of the Iraq war and SARS on the country, said Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Samsudin Osman.
“Better co-operation between the state and federal officers could further improve the progress and development of the country,” he said at a luncheon hosted by Chief Minister Datuk Musa Aman in conjunction with the federal and state departments' liaison meeting yesterday.
