KUCHING: Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawaks (PBDS) deputy president Datuk Daniel Tajem might not get the support of several branches from his traditional strongholds in Sri Aman Division in the contest for the party president's post.
A group of 45 grassroots leaders from 11 branches have, in a jointly-signed press statement yesterday, pledged their backing for Tajems rival, Datuk Dr James Masing, as the candidate for the top post in the next election.
