MIC president Datuk S. Samy Vellu has called on assistant registrars of marriage to help Indian couples lead a meaningful married life through pre-marital courses.
Malaysia Nanban and Tamil Nesan quoted Samy Vellu as saying that marriage was a powerful tool to change individuals into responsible people.
