KUALA LUMPUR: A pensioner learned the painful way he was cheated when he sought treatment for impotency from a so-called sinseh (Chinese medicine man) last month.
Not only did the 62-year-old, known only as Uncle Chan, pay RM14,000 for “a series of treatments”, he discovered that his erectile dysfunction was none the better.
