PETALING JAYA: Students should be wary of distance learning programmes of foreign universities and check the accreditation of the courses offered.
National Association of Private Educational Institutions (Napei) president Dr Mohd Thalha Alithamby said many of the home-study courses were not accredited by the National Accreditation Board (LAN).
