KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia will be looking at New Zealand's Arbitration Act when revamping its Arbitration Act 1952, said Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim yesterday.
“We are more inclined to have the New Zealand format that has one Act for both international and domestic arbitrations,” said the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department.
