CONCERNS over a looming war in Iraq continued to dominate the final day of the Summit yesterday with member countries venting their wrath on the United States.
Many of the leaders said they believed a diplomatic and peaceful solution was still possible, even as the US indicated it stood ready to invade Baghdad.
