PETALING JAYA: The management of DRB-Hicom has obtained an interim injunction from the High Court to prevent a bank and a finance company from disposing of or selling 34 buses seized from one of its subsidiaries.
The injunction also prohibits RHB Bank Berhad and RHB Delta Finance Berhad from repossessing more buses belonging to Intrakota Consolidated Bhd.
