Abdullah: Malays 'more proactive'

KEPALA BATAS: The Malay community in Penang now realises the importance of taking a proactive approach in improving the standard of education without being too reliant on the Government, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. 

“In the past, the Malays had relied totally on the Government when it came to the educational needs of the community.
