KUALA KLAWANG: The People’s Progressive Party (PPP) cannot go ahead with plans to set up a university in Tronoh, Perak, without the approval of the Education Ministry, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim.
He said PPP president Datuk M. Kayveas should discuss the proposal with Education Minister Tan Sri Musa Mohamad.
