Samsung doubles down on sustainability


Samsung’s latest flagship Galaxy S23 series, featuring the Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra which all have components made from recycled materials.

ACCORDING to games and e-sports data and insights provider Newzoo, there were 992.4 million active Samsung smartphones in the world at the end of March 2020 – claiming more than a quarter (26.2%) of the global smartphone market.

The same can be said for the tech giant’s presence in Malaysia, with the company securing its leadership position in the Malaysian smartphone market with a 33.9% market share in the first quarter of 2022.
