Wisdom’s gift: At 78 years old, Biden would be the oldest person to be inaugurated as US president in a first term, if he wins. — AFP
WHOEVER in the end wins the United States presidential election, either Joe Biden or Donald Trump (after all the possible recounts and lawsuits) will set a new record as the oldest person to be sworn in as
president on Jan 20,2021. At 78 years old, Biden would be the oldest person to be inaugurated as US president in a first term, while Trump would be the oldest politician to be sworn in for a second term (Trump would beat Ronald Reagan as the oldest person to win office in a second term in January 1985).
