- The Faculty of Science and the Centre for Agriculture and Food Research at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) are jointly organising the EduFun AgriMicrob Science Holiday Workshop Series V.
- Building on the success of previous series, the workshop, to be held at the varsity’s Faculty of Science at its Kampar Campus, will offer secondary school students a hands-on opportunity to step into the world of agricultural and microbiological sciences.
- Designed to be both educational and inspiring, the programme will cover agronomy, aquaculture, animal science and microbiology, giving teenagers the chance to explore real-world science through interactive experiments and practical discovery.
- Activities include hands-on laboratory experience in growing mushrooms, transforming fresh tilapia into culinary creations, visiting a goat farm to learn about animal husbandry, and exploring microorganisms.
