Simply horrid!

My school toilets are very clean in the morning as the cleaners clean them every evening. But by 12pm, they get quite dirty and smelly. I think the main cause of the stench is that three years ago, our school removed all the toilet flushes to reduce the water bill. Now, we can only pour water into the bowls but that is not always done. The dirty loos are also caused by the improper disposal of sanitary pads, which are thrown all over the bathrooms. If possible, I try my best not to use the toilets. The smell is a big turn-off.
