UNIVERSITI Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Material and Manufacturing Engineering alumna Tay Yu Jun is the proud recipient of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Electronics Packaging Society (EPS) Malaysia Chapter’s ‘Best Engineering Student Award (BESA) 2019’.
Tay, who was among three finalists, received RM3,000 for her ‘Thermomigration in Sn-Ag-Cu-Pt (SAC-Pt) Solder Joints’ final year project.
